Why your credit card was rejected

- Only Visa, Mastercard and JCB welcome

- You must enter your name, address, zipcode etc. as exactly as seen on your credit card statement.

- If you used this card before on Ibill.com you must enter the same information as you did last time.

- If you joined another site, or purchased something online in the last 24 hours, Ibill will not accept your card for your security. Please try again 24 hours later.

- Your card must be enabled for Internet use. Most banks don't enable your card unless you want to, please contact your bank's customer service for more information

- After 3 unsuccessful tries in a row you exceed the decline limit, this means that you cannot try to use your card again in 24 hours for your security.

- If you requested a refund or charge back from any site in the past, you can never use that card again.

As a solution you can try another card, you can also call our 900 lines. Cheques are also accepted (USA only)
